Account Security

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. bet9ja is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Identity Verification

Financial Liability Limit
Bet9ja is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their own betting decisions. The platform provides infrastructure and odds as a service — the decision to place a bet is entirely the user's responsibility. bet9ja is also not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as third-party internet infrastructure failures.
